Project Overview
Lloyds Direct offers NHS prescriptions to over 500,000 people in the UK without the hassle. They offer a website and mobile app to order, track and get reminders for repeat prescriptions. They also let patients have their medicine delivered to their letterbox, for free.
My Contributions
I contracted here for several months at the company ECHO, which was acquired by Lloyds Pharmacy soon after. I worked primarily on mobile app flows. I also helped the team clean up their design system, prototype new features, and develop a new visual language.

Product Design Contractor
In my time with the client I contributed design of the Mobile product, internal web products, and several greenfield projects. Within these projects, I designed new functionality, as well as changes to existing user flows which produced measured improvements in performance. I also worked with the team on introduce improvements to the Design System, and increase consistency and component structure throughout the app.

I used many design tools and services including Figma, Sketch, Abstract, Invision, Photoshop and Framer X. I also investigated new features by creating a React Native proof of concept. Aside from product design, I also contributed designs for packaging and similar graphic design work.
I designed these app screens to be calm, clean and simple.
I designed the App Store screens with a goal of building trust and reassuring the customer.
